DECLARATION OF SOVEREIGNTY

All people are created equal. They are endowed by the creator of all things with certain inalienable rights. That among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. To secure these rights, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its power in such form, as to them shall most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

The present government of the United States of America has a history of violating the Constitution and sovereignty of the people and states, all having in direct object the complete control over the people and the states. To prove this, facts are herewith submitted to awaken all for the purpose of the people to take action and regain control.

The government has and continues to create offices, agencies and bureaus for the purpose of hiring citizens and make them dependent of government employment and thereby perpetuate control over a large populous.

The government has created a federal charity system, funded through mandated taxation of the working citizens. To create social programs that makes citizens dependent of the government for existence and thereby those dependent citizens vote for those who support these programs to enhance their very own existence.

The government has allowed federal judges to control their tenure in office; create their own rules that denies equal access to all except the most wealthy; make themselves unaccountable for negligent and wrongful actions; determine the moral conduct of all the people; and change the meaning and protections of the constitution through socialistic interpretations.

The government has allowed illegal immigration by foreigners and promoted liberal migration polices which cause a burden on the existing hard working taxpaying citizens.

The government has created special privileges and laws for some citizens over the equality of others through the use of job quotas, special grants, entitlements, special waivers, and compulsory mandates.

The government has allowed the interest of foreign countries, through successful lobbying (payoffs), to prevail over the interests of the country and has thereby destroyed the economic foundation of the United States and the prosperity of the American people.

The government has created offices, agencies and bureaus which have mandated rules, regulations and control over the practices and operations of private business to the extent that it has destroyed the free enterprise system of the country and caused many to move abroad.

The government has allowed the country to become the number one drug and crime nation of the world by having more concern for the criminals then their victims and the law-abiding citizens.

The government is more concerned about the interests of those on welfare than those of the elderly who have contributed to society all their lives.

Therefore, let it be known, that I, Robert Namer, will fight to stop all the preceding actions and work diligently to revert this government back to the principles of the Constitution and a Government of the People, by the People and for the People. A Republic, not a socialistic democracy.
